· The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society - CO-PAY Assistance Program
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society offers financial support toward the cost of insurance co-pays and / or insurance premiums. Funds are available for patients with lymphoma who have a household income at or within 5 times the U.S. federal poverty guidelines. · New York State's Child Health Plus
New York State has a health insurance plan for kids, called Child Health Plus. Depending on your family's income, your child may be eligible to join either Child Health Plus A (formerly Children's Medicaid) or Child Health Plus B . Both Child Health Plus A and B are available through dozens of providers throughout the state. Enrolling in Child Health Plus is easy.
· Albany Medical Center's Charity Care Program
Charity Care is a program offered by Albany Medical Center that allows persons to receive medically necessary care at no charge or at a reduced charge when they meet certain eligibility requirements.

· Albany Medical Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders - The Children’s Hospital at Albany Medical Center has our region’s only child and adolescent cancer program, which utilizes a team approach in developing individualized treatment plans for each child. The multidisciplinary team includes pediatric hematologist/oncologist's, registered nurses, social workers, and a child life specialist.
